In 2006 HotProspects was established by the East Midlands Development Agency to address defined market frustrations and provide a quality of service to both graduates and employers that would drive regional skills retention. The fact that the service is exclusively available to companies in the East Midlands means we can apply a much more focused and geographically specialised service. Since we started, HotProspects has filled over 1230 vacancies across the region, has over 10,000 registered graduates, and provided support to 1380 businesss by delivering graduate assessment centres, induction programmes, short term project-based placements, and specialist and sector specific headhunting. The team has an extensive knowledge of the graduate recruitment market and remains fully informed regarding the evolving needs of graduates and the business community.
