A HATRICK FOR TOWER HEALTH

Specialist recruitment service HotProspects has achieved triple success by placing three graduates with one Nottinghamshire based business

Tower Health researches, markets and distributes alternative health products. The company’s head office is in Nottingham, with further bases in Australia and distributors located across Europe.

Raffaella Kalisiak is Managing Director, “I was keen to employ graduates because they can be trained to suit the needs of the company, which is of real benefit to us. I have to say that I’m very pleased with the new recruits that we have taken on as they bring so much to the company. They are energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to pick up new ideas.

“HotProspects appealed to me because it has a large number of regionally based graduates on its books. I also found that because the service ‘screened’ candidates before putting them forward to us, it saved a lot of the time that is often wasted when looking for potential employees.”

Launched in June 2006, HotProspects works to match the region’s graduates with businesses of all sizes and across all sectors. Companies and candidates are registering with the service daily.

Alison Parcell is a Marketing Analyst at Tower Health. Originally from Liverpool, Alison studied at the University of Nottingham. She said, “I have always had a strong interest in Marketing, and entry level positions are few and far between, so when I spotted the role at Tower Health it seemed like a great opportunity.

“I was attracted to HotProspects because all of the jobs were located within the region, so I knew that I wouldn’t be contacted about opportunities elsewhere unlike with most agencies.”

Nicholas Moczarski, from Nottingham was recruited as International Business to Business Sales and Marketing Manager. “I studied French and Politics at university, and so I wanted this position because I knew it would allow me
to utilise my language skills.

He continues, “Since HotProspects provides a service specialising in East Midlands placements it seemed much more focused than other agencies and able to respond to my personal needs as a graduate. The support was excellent, with regular contact and quick responses from its account team.”

Alexandra Czasznicka, from Buckinghamshire studied at the University of Nottingham. She is now a Marketing Analyst at Tower Health. “The role at Tower Health appealed to me not only because of my strong interest in Marketing, but I also thought that a small business environment would provide a friendly atmosphere where my contribution would be felt.

“I was really impressed by the speed in which I got a job through HotProspects - I was contacted regarding an interview just two days after posting my CV on the site.”

The HotProspects service will be 100% grant funded for those offering placements in the East Midlands until 2001.
