HotProspects just can’t stop defying the odds-
August has been a recording breaking month for the HotProspects team, smashing 3 personal company records in just one month!
As newspapers consistently report gloomy outlooks for graduate recruitment HotProspects and the East Midlands continues to break the mould, starting with graduates themselves. In just one day over 120 graduates showed initiative and registered with the service, smashing our previous record by 100%. We always knew the East Midlands had some fantastic graduates, but as this is just yet again more proof that our graduates are stepping up their game to secure those top graduate jobs in the region.
Graduates weren’t the only ones jumping on the HotProspects bandwagon. In just one month, over 20 new businesses in region registered with the service, the most since April 2008. Perhaps unsurprising with the number of graduate applications they must be receiving, with HotProspects acting as the perfect solution.
It’s not only registrations that are breaking records, but our employees are too. Just last week, new recruit Lizi smashed the company’s turnaround record by filling a vacancy at an oil engineering company in a mere 11 minutes. It’s our aim to provide other businesses with graduates just as talented as our own employees, and place our graduates in businesses where they will have a similar chance to flourish!
